Mark McMaster President & General Manager Mark has over 30 years experience in the "TURF" business almost all of it in Customer Service roles. Mark has extensive knowledge in the areas of Parts and Equipment Sales and spent over 20 years with a major equipment distributor. Mark has established many long time customer relationships and is well known for his experience, honesty and "straight forward" approach. Mark's role as owner of the company includes all areas of Sales and Customer Service as well as the general operations. Mark's wife Peggy is also involved in the business as the Importing Specialist. Dena Gent Operations Manager Dena has over 17 years experience in the industry in a variety of customer service functions. Dena is our "Golf Course Supply" expert and currently heads up this department in the company. Dena has an excellent rapport with our customers and well known for her attention to detail and follow up. Dena's role includes inside and outside sales, advertising and bookeeping.  Dena is a PAST PRESIDENT of the Western Canada Turfgrass Association (WCTA) and is an active member of the BCGSA . In her spare time Dena is very involved with her family and friends, is an avd movie buff and enjoys collecting BC wine. Mauro Antoniali, Customer Service Mauro joined us in October 2008 as Our Service Department manager and Customer Service Representitive. Mauro has an extensive background in Turf Equipment and Supplies. We are pleased to have him join our team!  Jim Moore, Sales Consultant Sept 1, 1930 - November 11, 2006 For over 34 years Jim was involved in the B.C. Turf Industry and was often recognized by both cutomers and suppliers for his excellence. Jim passed away on November 11, 2006 after a brief illness To those us us who worked with Jim over the years, we have lost a colleauge, a good friend and in many ways a mentor. We are thankful to have known him and treasure the memories and wisdom he has left with us. Margaret Hird After over 25 years working in the BC “ Turf Business” (including owning her own company), Margaret joined A.R. Mower & Supply in 2009. Margaret brings her strength in Golf Supply Sales and Customer Service and works out of our Okanagan branch in Kelowna. Margaret has a keen sense of customer focus and product knowledge is a valuable team member.
