Mark McMaster, President & General Manager Mark has over 28 years experience in the "TURF" business almost all of it in Customer Service roles. Mark has extensive knowledge in the areas of Parts and Equipment Sales and spent over 20 years with a major equipment distributor. Mark has established many long time customer relationships and is well known for his experience, honesty and "straight forward" approach. Mark's role as owner of the company includes all areas of Sales and Customer Service as well as the general operations. Mark's wife Peggy is also involved in the business as the Importing Specialist. Dena Gent, Operations Manager Dena has over 12 years experience in the industry in a variety of customer service functions. Dena is our "Golf Course Supply" expert and currently heads up this department in the company. Dena has an excellent rapport with our customers and well known for her attention to detail and follow up. Dena's role includes inside and outside sales, advertising, bookeeping and is the official photograher for the company. In addition, Dena sits on the board of the Western Canada Turfgrass Association (WCTA) and is an active member of the BCGSA most recently helping organizing the 2006 wind up tournament in Williams Lake. Dave Soball, Service Manager Dave is well known in the industry and has over 36 years experience as a "turf" mechanic. Dave heads up our Service Department and is in charge of scheduling Repairs, Service Contracts and new equipment set-ups. For fun Dave is an avid bowler, loves fishing and his true passion of showing his rebuilt 50's Oldsmobile's. Ask him about his '57 wagon. Jim Moore, Sales Consultant Sept 1, 1930 - November 11,2006 It is with great sadness that we announce that Jim passed away on November 11, 2006 after a brief illness. For over 34 years Jim was involved in the B.C. Turf Industry and was often recognized by both cutomers and suppliers for his excellence. To those us us who worked with Jim over the years, we have lost a colleauge, good friend and in many ways a mentor. We are thankful to have known him and treasure the memories and wisdom he has left with us.
